Pumptrack at Karsiborska Street in Świnoujście – General Information

The pumptrack located at Karsiborska Street in Świnoujście is part of a newly developed recreational complex, situated on the so-called “tunnel hill”. This elevation was formed from the excavated material during the construction of the tunnel under the Świna River, transforming the area of a former landfill into a space intended for physical activity and recreation.

Facility Characteristics

The pumptrack is an asphalt closed-loop track consisting of a series of rollers and banked turns, designed for users of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades. The track allows riding without the need to pedal, using the technique of body “pumping” to maintain speed. The facility is suitable for both beginners and more advanced users.

Accompanying Infrastructure

In the immediate vicinity of the pumptrack, you can find:

  • OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) training track – intended for persons taller than 140 cm, enabling obstacle run training.

  • Dog run – a fenced area designed for the safe play and activity of dogs.

  • Sledding zone – an area prepared for winter recreational activities.

Facility Status

As of June 4, 2025, the area of the complex at Karsiborska Street, including the pumptrack, remains officially a construction site. Despite the completion of construction works, the facility awaits official technical acceptance and obtaining the necessary permits.
