Just a few minutes' drive from Świnoujście, in the heart of the spa area of the island of Usedom, is OstseeTherme Usedom – a modern water complex offering relaxation, fun, and health all in one place. Bathing world – immerse yourself in health and relaxation
The pool complex at OstseeTherme offers as much as 753 m² of water area, including an outdoor pool and three brine pools filled with 4% iodine brine, extracted from a depth of over 400 meters. The natural brine promotes health and regeneration, and pleasant hydromassages, bubble loungers, and water grottos make every visit a true pleasure.
Fun for the little ones – safe and joyful
For families with children, a special area has been prepared with a paddling pool, a mini slide, and a colorful water playground. Animal-shaped fountains and warm, shallow water encourage toddlers to play and allow parents to relax nearby.
Sauna world – deep relaxation in Nordic style
Sauna lovers will find four different saunas here: an aromatic bio sauna (approx. 70°C), a classic dry sauna (approx. 80°C), an outdoor wooden sauna (approx. 90°C), and a Finnish sauna with a temperature exceeding 100°C. Practical information
OstseeTherme Usedom is open all week – Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Health-Fitness Studio operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
