FAQ

Your reservation confirmation includes the name of the room type you booked. This allows you to check which building your room is located in by visiting the ROOMS tab on our website. The complex has two pool areas. One is located in the Main Building, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas. The second area is located in the Residence Building, which includes a swimming pool, two saunas, and an outdoor sauna. Additionally, we invite you to the Wellness Zone in the Main Building and the Beauty Salon in the Residence Building.

Our hotel has two reception desks at your disposal:

• 24-hour reception in the Main Building
• Reception in the Residencje Building (Open during daylight hours)

The hotel day in our complex starts at 3:00 PM and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 AM. In individual cases, it is possible to check in earlier or check out later, which may involve additional fees.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please prepare your reservation number and identity document in advance. Remember that if you are traveling with minors, according to the guidelines of the Act on the Protection of Minors, you must present their identity documents and proof of kinship and/or a document authorizing you to care for the minor.

We have approximately 100 outdoor parking spaces at a cost of PLN 50.00 per day per car, and approximately 40 spaces in the garage hall at a cost of PLN 60.00 per day per car.

We kindly ask our guests arriving by car to take a ticket from the parking system upon entry and hand it over at the reception during check-in. Guests who do not intend to use the hotel parking can take advantage of the free time for unloading luggage - 30 minutes.

Becouse of our ideal location, both the city center and the beach are only a 10-minute walk away (approximately 800 meters), while still allowing you to enjoy peace and quiet.

• Świnoujście Railway Station - this station is located in the right-bank part of Świnoujście. You can get to the left bank by ferry, bus, or taxi.
• Świnoujście Centrum Station - this station is only a 5-minute walk from the complex.

Buses line "A" and "B" stop at the nearest bus stop (Grottgera / Moniuszki).

The cafe in the Main Building refers to the history of the building and its surroundings with its decor. Warm green colors and the power of live plants provide a sense of comfort and help in moments of tranquility.

The cafe in the Residence invites with its modern design and light interior colors.

The "Weranda" restaurant is located in the Cesarskie Ogrody Residence building.

Buffet breakfasts are served in buffet restaurants from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Buffet dinners are served in buffet restaurants from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Treatments can be booked directly at the SPA & Wellness zone by phone at +48 91 888 85 01 or by email at: spa@cesarskieogrody.pl at any time after making a reservation. However, please remember that the number of places is limited, so it is best to do it as soon as possible.

Partially yes - it depends. External guests can use the massage and treatment offer, but without access to the aqua zone (swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna).

We do not provide treatments reimbursed by the National Health Fund and/or health insurance, but it is possible to obtain a certificate that will contain all information regarding the treatments performed. It is possible to pay for treatments prescribed by an external doctor.
