Package includes:
- 7 x overnight stay in a comfortable room or suite
- 7 x breakfast in the form of a rich buffet with the FIT corner
- 7 x dinner with hot and cold buffet
- 1 x physiotherapy consultation
- 2 x seance in a salt cave with aromatherapy or inhalation with silver ions
- 2 x therapeutic massage with oils/application of oil/ partial massage 15" (depending on the result of the consultation)
- 1 x hydrotherapy with eucalyptis, spruce or fir oil
- 5 x physiotherapy treatment (selected individually)
Additionally, depending on the outcome of the consultation, interchangeably:
- 5 x respiratory therapy with daily respiratory gymnastics in the exercise room (Monday to Friday) or
- 5 x morning gymnastics in the pool combined with exercise classes (Monday to Friday).
Independently at your disposal:
- unlimited access to the pool area with jacuzzi
- a session in the classic dry and infrared sauna
- possibility of using Nordic Walking poles
The programme of the stay aims at improving breathing capacity, restoring better physical and mental shape, strengthening and increasing respiratory capacity and reducing stress.
