To redeem the voucher, please inform our staff about it at the stage of making the reservation. This will facilitate efficient service and appropriate adjustment of the offer.
The voucher can be used once for selected services covered by the offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Voucher redemption conditions:
- The voucher entitles you to use hotel services, à la carte restaurant offers or SPA treatments, according to the current price list and availability.
- The voucher can only be redeemed after prior reservation - by phone, email or via the online form. Please inform us about having a voucher when making the reservation.
- The voucher is a one-time payment and can be used as a form of payment up to the value indicated on the voucher. In the case of services of a higher value, it is possible to pay the difference.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be partially redeemed or returned.
- The voucher is valid until 25.05.2026. After this date, it expires and cannot be extended.
