Package includes:

• 7 x overnight stay in a comfortable room or suite
• 7 x breakfast in the form of a rich buffet with the FIT corner
• 7 x dinner with hot and cold buffet
• 1 x physiotherapy consultation
• 2 x seance in a salt cave with aromatherapy or inhalation with silver ions
• 2 x therapeutic massage with oils/application of oil/ partial massage 15" (depending on the result of the consultation)
• 1 x hydrotherapy with eucalyptis, spruce or fir oil
• 5 x physiotherapy treatment (selected individually)

Additionally, depending on the outcome of the consultation, interchangeably:

• 5 x respiratory therapy with daily respiratory gymnastics in the exercise room (Monday to Friday) or
• 5 x morning gymnastics in the pool combined with exercise classes (Monday to Friday).

Independently at your disposal:

• unlimited access to the pool area with jacuzzi
• a session in the classic dry and infrared sauna
• possibility of using Nordic Walking poles

The programme of the stay aims at improving breathing capacity, restoring better physical and mental shape, strengthening and increasing respiratory capacity and reducing stress.

The hotel reserves the right to change the scope and method of services in accordance with the current restrictions on services due to epidemics or threat of epidemics in the Republic of Poland.
